Our philosophy
Seeking peace and quiet, many people are longing for somewhere atmospheric to stay where mind, body and soul can take a break, relax and regain their natural harmony.
The Boutiquehotel Bergvilla aims to be your own personal luxury hotel in Vorarlberg, an oasis to which you can retreat and enjoy a greater sense of well-being, a place to "consciously slow down" and improve your general quality of life. The hotel’s own private spa offers an unrivalled opportunity to wind down and recharge your batteries.
A dream...
I have dreamt about a little hotel in the countryside, a hideaway at the foot of the Alps. There it stood, solidly built, on a gentle slope with breathtaking views. The rooms were bathed in light, the garden well cared for; high above was a spacious sun terrace. Inside and out the Boutiquehotel seemed to exude peace and security. It was a feast for the eyes and balm for the soul.
The hotel nestled in a hamlet at the point where a road led up to a little village with an ancient church. My ears and my soul drank in the peacefulness and rejoiced. My eyes wandered over hills and forests until they reached the horizon. In the distance, on the other side of the valley, I saw the mountains, their snow-covered peaks towering up majestically into the sky.
The prevailing scent was of nature, of freshly mown grass and wild flowers. The crystal clear water of the bathing lake lapped peacefully against the shore and the birds chirruped and sang. I felt a growing sense of warmth and security - because I was coming home.
Everything I could wish for was there waiting for me: my suite, an attractive little restaurant, my indoor pool, my natural bathing lake, my sauna. I could relax here, without any encumbrances, rules or time schedules. A good fairy even brought us breakfast and helped inobtrusively where needed. The children could laugh and play right outside the hotel, and tumble around with the dog in the big enclosed garden.
We were back home … in Boutiquehotel Bergvilla.
