CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION

PAYMENT CONDITIONS 

Groups: 20% on booking, 80% 60 days before arrival
A booking of 3 to 6 rooms counts as a group!
Individual rooms: 100% on arrival
Gift vouchers: 100% on issue 

Something can always crop up…

If you have to cancel your planned holiday, please feel free to nominate other guests to replace you.  
The Right of Cancellation as per § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply. Instead, booking cancellations are governed by the Hotel Industry General Terms and Conditions AGBH 2006 A with the following modification:

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE, COURT OF JURISDICTION AND CHOICE OF LAW
The place of performance and place of jurisdiction shall be the domicile of the proprietor. Austrian law shall apply.

SOFT CANCELLATION POLICY

FOR GROUPS BOOKING 3 TO 6 ROOMS OR THE WHOLE HOTEL FOR SOLE USE:

For cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival we charge nothing; for cancellations made 60 days or less before arrival, or for no-shows, 100% of the total booking amount is payable.  

BOOKINGS FOR INDIVIDUAL ROOMS FOR 1 TO 6: For cancellation up to 3 days before arrival no cancellation charge is payable; for cancellations made 3 days or less before arrival, or for no-shows, 100% of the total booking amount is payable. 

GIFT VOUCHERS: Gift vouchers cannot be cancelled. The holiday date can be changed free of charge up to 60 days before the planned arrival day. Within 60 days of the planned arrival day the holiday date can no longer be changed. 
With a holiday cancellation insurance policy you can reclaim any cancellation costs, enabling you to enjoy a holiday in our hotel at some future date.

MINIMUM STAY
The minimum permitted length of stay for weekends and public holidays is 2 nights.
