- What should I bear in mind before a treatment session?

We recommend that you arrive a few minutes before the start of your treatment session in order to fully benefit from the relaxation and skin regeneration process.
- What should I bear in mind after the treatment session, and what further actions should I take?

For all treatment types, but especially for skin therapy and rejuvenation work, we recommend that clients drink plenty of water. On the treatment day no any extreme sporting activity should be undertaken, and sauna, solarium and sun should be avoided. Should you be uncertain about anything, please do ask!
- Can I use make-up after the treatment session?

After the treatment we can apply a special make-up which will not clog the skin and which is suitable for use after skin therapy.
- Can you advise me as to the choice of a treatment type?

We would be more than happy to offer advice before any treatment. On request we can prepare a personal treatment and home-care programme for your individual needs.
- What happens if I am late?

Even if you are late, we would naturally do our best to give you the full treatment time. However, should another client’s appointment follow straight on from yours, we will unfortunately have no other option than to reduce the length of your session.
- What happens if I have to cancel my appointment?

We request you to give us at least 24 hours notice of cancellation, so that we have the chance of passing on the appointment to another client.
